This is a completely furnished apartment. We have included furniture, bedding, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cups, bowls, plates, iron, decorations, and other essential items to be comfortable. We've had many military stay with us. We are 5 minutes from the Marine Base, about 12 minutes from the Norfolk base. We live in Virginia Beach and since my husband is retired Coast Guard, we are able to respond to any problems within a short time. Outside we have a patio, sometimes people have bar-b-ques outside. We pay for water and trash. You would need to pay for electricity and internet if you choose to have it. We normally charge 1 1/2 months rent for security. We will only charge military 1 month's security deposit. Please contact us with any questions you may have. This apartment is ready now to be rented. We do a criminal and credit background check.
