PROPERTY LISTINGS

You represent and warrant that any property listings, which you choose to register on the website, (i) comply with all Federal and State laws against housing discrimination. You also represent and warrant that descriptive information that you provide about your property is accurate and complete, and accept any liability that may arise from inaccurate information.

At AHRN, we prioritize the safety and confidence of our users by validating all properties and property managers before they are listed on our platform. This essential verification process ensures that each listing meets our standards for legitimacy, security, and quality. This process is intended solely to promote platform integrity and user trust and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any listing, property, or individual.

Please note that validation may take 2–4 business days to complete, during which time the property will not yet be visible to the public on the website. We appreciate your patience as we work to maintain a trusted housing resource for the military community.

You acknowledge that AHRN.com may remove a listing from AHRN.com in its sole discretion if they deem that property inappropriate for rental by the military community.

PROPERTIES FOR SALE

LISTING FEE AND UPGRADE REFUND POLICY

All listing fees and listing upgrade sales are final and are not transferrable. AHRN.com will not issue refunds. All content will appear as submitted, unless deemed unacceptable by AHRN.com.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY LISTINGS

All business listings are reviewed by AHRN.com prior to posting in the Business Directory. AHRN.com reserves the right to review all Business Directory listings and reject any listings it deems to be inappropriate in its sole discretion. If AHRN.com deems a listing is inappropriate and not acceptable for posting in the Business Directory, the listing fee credit card transaction for the business listing will be credited.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY LISTING REFUND POLICY

All Business Directory listing sales are final. AHRN.com will not issue refunds. All content will appear as submitted, unless deemed unacceptable by AHRN.com.
