Weatherstone Apartments is a park-like community conveniently located between East Bremerton and Silverdale. Our apartment buildings are nestled within 17 acres of forested green belt, offering plenty of beautiful open spaces to all residents. Your apartment home will have full size fridge, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer, disposal, and an updated balcony! All Apartment homes come with one assigned parking spot with lots of open parking! To apply for an apartment home, we require a $45 application fee per adult over 18, along with a completed rental application. To reserve your new home, we have a $300 non-refundable administration fee, which will hold your apartment home for up to two weeks. In regard to rental criteria, I would recommend calling us so we can discuss this in more detail. Refundable Security Deposits start at $700. Our spacious one bedroom one bathroom apartment home is 576 sqft starting at $1599 a month and you pay us a flat rate of $125 for utilities (water, sewer and garbage), Electricity you pay directly to PSE and that depends on your usage. For pets, we do not have breed or weight restrictions on dogs, and we allow up to two pets! The pet deposit is $750 and there is a onetime nonrefundable pet fee. For the first pet there is a pet fee of $300 and for the second pet there is an additional pet fee of $100.
