It’s not really close to OAFB but it is just two blocks from the interstate so it’s not a bad drive. My son used to do it all the time. It’s in a very nice neighborhood in Millard. About four blocks from town. in town, they’re small restaurants, pubs, grocery store, Dairy Queen, fast food places etc. I have a nice 6 foot Pinewood privacy fence in the backyard. Washer and dryers on the same floor as apartment . The upstairs is going to be rented as well. I’m still adding on to the apartment to make it more and more comfy! I add something new, or make something better. Not super fancy. But adequately comfortable and it’s month-to-month rent so if you decide you’d like to move on to something bigger, you have the choice but it’s quite spacious and I’ve been renting for over two years with no complaints. Furnished with sheets, towels and kitchen supplies. It has a refrigerator freezer, with a ninja appliance, that cooks, broil, air, fries, and dehydrates. There is also a brand, new coffee maker and crockpot, including a microwave. A very cozy little kitchen table, which seats to comfortably. Washer and dryer for your convenience.
