Every applicant will have to qualify to rent the property by themselves in order for all of the tenants to be approved unless married or immediate family. Which means all applications will have to pass the background check, including but not limited to: Credit Check, Employment verification, evictions, sex offenders, as well as have a good past rental history in order for you all to qualify. In order to run the application, we will also need from all parties: - Copies of your Driver's Licenses or government ID - Any and all past rental history you can provide. - Latest pay stub showing year to date totals.
