Rushing River Retreat! Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying in this recently remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ground floor condo. As an end unit, it features its own private alcove entryway that is accessed via a short pathway from the main parking area. Once inside, you will discover heated tile floors that provide luxurious warmth to your feet! Just off of the entryway, the bedroom features 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds. In addition, there is one full bath equipped with modern fixtures, countertops, and remember those heated floors you will find them there too! There is also a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and a fully equipped galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a Jenn Air range/oven. Stepping down two steps into the living/dining area reveals a tastefully furnished and configured living/dining area with a breakfast bar and four stools, a flat screen monitor, a gas fireplace to cozy up to and access to a small balcony where you can hear the river rushing by. This WIFI equipped, monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year- round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Condo #50: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $100.00. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $179 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $199 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $239 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $299 per night Weekly range: $1,253 - $2,093 Monthly range: $5,012 – 8,372 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
