This is accessed from back gate. Beds have pillow top matresses. All the cozy comforts for a home away from home. Bring your clothes and stay awhile. Included in rent: water, trash, electric (up to $150/month) and internet. Anything over $150/month will be billed to the tenant. Small dogs are allowed - under 30 pounds as long as they are house trained and do not disrupt neighbors. Prefer animals to stay off furniture. - Pet fee of $250 non-refundable. Tenant Screening will need to be completed prior to approval to rent. Leases have to be a minimum of 30 days to one year in length. Anyone living in the unit must be listed on the lease. House Rules: 1 - No partying or creating disburences - Quiet time is 10pm until 7am 2 - No overnight guests for more than 5 days without notification. Anyone staying longer needs to be on the reservation/lease agreement. 3 - Be respectful of the property and its contents. 4 - Do not park in any space other than #6. If you do, your vehicle could be towed. 5 - All trash has to be put in the outdoor garbage bin. Do not sit items outside of a container. Trash area is located at the end of unit 16. 6 - No smoking or vaping in unit.
