Upon stepping inside, you’ll discover 1 bedroom on the main floor with 1-full sized bed and 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds…perfect for the kiddos, as well as plenty of closet space. There’s also 1-full bath (a rarity among the 2-bedroom condos at Snowater), a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher and a pass-through to the living/dining area, plus a small wet bar area tucked under the stairwell in the hallway. A combination living and dining area features a dining table with four chairs (perfect for playing games), a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a flat-screen monitor with Firestick TV, and a balcony where you can sit and relax with your favorite beverage while enjoying the sights and sounds of the river rushing by. Ascending the stairwell to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and plenty of closet space, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, NO exceptions) WIFI equipped*and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. WIFI service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly. RATES Condo #91: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $125. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to the scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to their credit card on the scheduled due date.
