It's about a 8 minute drive to the Pass Rd Entrance to Keesler The smoke free master bedroom is completely and elegantly furnished with carpeted floors, ceiling fan, and remote control lighting. It has two large closets with top shelves for easy storage. There is a 32” LED TV with DirecTV, BluRay DVD player and both are WIFI connected for app streaming. The upstairs bathroom is a Jack and Jill style, which has a separate dressing / vanity area for each person and a Jacuzzi tub that is shared. There is a large double window overlooking the manicured, New Orleans style, fenced in back yard. The downstairs living area is very comfortable, clean, and has a working fireplace. For entertainment, there is a 60” LED TV with surround sound, also with DirecTv, blu-ray DVD and Firestick for streaming. The internet is wireless throughout the home. The downstairs area also has separate guest restroom for convenience. All of the appliances are electric so no gas bill (washer and dryer included). In the back yard, there is a 5 person hot tub (we split the cost of chemicals to maintain if you choose to use it). I have patio furniture including fold out loungers that are available for relaxing, tanning, or reading. There is even a gas grill if you want to BBQ. Note: I maintain all of the yard work so no need to worry about that. The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe (mainly homeowners). For security, there are outside landscape lights, along with the street lights for added safety. We also have security cameras that cover the parking areas. Parking: You will have a reserved off street parking spot for your vehicle. For a roommate, I prefer someone who is mature, responsible, dependable, respectful, clean and drama free. I can forward additional photos of the property and/or you are more than welcome to stop by and inspect for yourself. I can also provide references from at least 2 of my last military roommates (one being a married female), and a background check if you need. I do not require a contract, lease, or minimum stay although I would like someone to stay for 3 months or more. Females are also welcome, I do have a girlfriend and she is aware that I rent my spare room.
