This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is an end unit, the only wall connecting to another condo is the living room. Has a small backyard with view towards Imperial Beach. The home is partially furnished but I am open to removing everything if you have your own furnishings. Right now has 2 beds, 2 TVs, washer/drier, 2 sofas, squat/bench rack, and some little tables/stands. I can leave these items for you or put item in storage if you would like to bring your own. (Note: all furnished items left, you will not be responsible for damage, but I will not be responsible for repair) I have solar installed on the roof, your anticipated electric bill will be approximately cut in half. HOA is included in the rent, and covers water bill. Cox internet and ADT security system are currently installed in the home, I can leave them if you wish them activated. No air conditioning unit.
