I have a room available for rent in a 3bed/3.5 bath townhouse in Eastport, available starting May 1. Rent is $1040 a month plus 1/3 of the utilities (about $60-$80 per month). The security deposit is one months rent - $1040. I don’t think we can have pets. The room is on the second floor with a private bathroom and walk in closet. There is a patio out back with a detached garage as well. A little about the roommates - you’d be living with 2 males, both mid-20s professionals. They generally keep to themselves during the work week but enjoy cooking and hanging out with friends on the weekend. Our lease is through Annapolis Property Services and the new tenant will need to fill out an application prior to signing the lease.
