Income 2.5x the rent.

Proof of employment/income (Two most recent pay stubs)

Proof of funds (Copy of the last two months' bank statement)

Good rental history (no evictions filed, criminal activity, or complaints)

Complete and signed application with color copy of driver's license or passport
