Hello and thank you for the interest. I am offering a recently updated, clean and comfortable upstairs unit that I personally lived in while I worked at JBER. It was a good place for me in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I’m sure you’ve heard to stay away from Mt View but I’ve rented this place out to 4 military members now (one is currently in the lower unit) and they all enjoyed the place, the neighborhood and ability to rent directly from the owner instead of a property manager. There’ s a big back yard and an empty lot beside the house so you feel like there’ s some space. I do allow dogs for a pet fee and case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to reach out for additional info.
