A selection of bed pillows, black-out curtains, a ceiling fan, and smart tv in every bedroom. The living room has a sofa, electric fireplace and a smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot w/Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. Please be advised you will enter up the exterior steps onto the 2nd floor of the home with no elevator. There is an ADT security system installed which you can activate at your leisure. There is 1 dedicated parking space directly in front of the attached garage inside the gated area. Unfortunately, the garage is super tiny. No additional parking inside of the gated area. Each private bedroom has an en suite bathroom. You will enter on the 2nd floor and there is not an elevator. The 2nd floor holds the common space – living room, kitchen, ½ bath, and access to the balcony with patio seating. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with an en-suite private bathroom and common access to the garage where the washer and dryer are. You can also exit the garage to access the gated area where the pool is located. NO SMOKING and visitor rules NO SMOKING in the house! There is a cigarette stand on the balcony-please discard your trash accordingly. Do not litter! Visitor behaviors are the tenants responsibility. No loud music, parties, etc. Respect your neighbors. This is an HOA property and disrupting behaviors will not be tolerated. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Heating/Air Conditioning The house has central heat/air. Each room has a ceiling fan to help aid in cooling the space. FL weather is unpredictable and changes sometimes hourly. If the home is excessively hot or cold, please notify the landlord immediately. Garbage/Recycle Trash and recycling are picked up early Tuesday mornings. The cans are located outside of the back/garage door and need to be set out and the end of the parking space Monday evening (after 5 pm) and brought back by Tuesday evening (5 pm). Directions on recycling specifics are located in the house manual. Parking There is 1 parking space directly in front of the garage inside the gated area. Other vehicles would have to park on the street. Security There are keyless smart locks on all entry doors. Your PIN will be provided prior to check-in. You can choose to download the lock app, and that link will also be provided prior to check-in. Pool The pool is located on the property and can be accessed by exiting through the garage on the lower floor. Pool is open dusk to dawn only and closed during winter months. Streaming Services Each room has a ROKU TV. Cable and internet services are available at your cost through Comcast. Favorite Local Restaurants There are many eateries nearby as well as within a 15-minute radius in all directions. Other points of interest The beach, of course! It is about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Many other points of interest are nearby as listed in the property description. Maintenance and Emergency Contacts Information will be provided upon arrival. You will be asked to provide us with your emergency contact information as well…for emergencies of course. Other Details Maximum Total Occupancy : 6 Maximum Vehicles Allowed : 1 inside the gated area. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. Smoking : Outside only. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is observed, your entire deposit will be forfeited. If additional cleaning must be done due to smoke damage, that cost is the tenant responsibility as well. NO Pets Allowed : If any evidence of animals is observed, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
