The Beltway, I-66 and the Dulles access road are just outside the area. Compared to other areas, you save about a half an hour of time each way. You can be in downtown DC, or Dulles, Reston, Springfield or Silver Springs in twenty minutes! There are TWO subways stops within a mile of the house too and... ...and you get a BACKYARD and privacy because this is a house. The yard is very spacious and has a stone deck for relaxing out back. Large trees and a hedge of bamboo provide the backyard with lots of privacy. The room comes semi-furnished with some bookshelves, tables and lamps but otherwise looks the same as the pictures here. The room itself is large, with a wood floor, central A/C, WiFi plus a direct Ethernet connection to the router, and it has a view of the backyard. You also get use of the kitchen, which is fully stocked with appliances and utensils. Off street parking is available in the front driveway. Washer and dryer too. Gas heat and stove with central A/C throughout. There is also lots of storage space in the attic.
