A Historical Log Cabin Experience! This 1-story, 2-bedroom, 1-bath rustic cabin will provide your family with treasured memories. Originally built in the early 1960s from logs milled on-site as a part of The Logs at Canyon Creek resort, the cabin was moved to its present cul-de-sac location in the early 2000s, where it was painstakingly and lovingly restored. It features an open living/dining/kitchen area with hardwood plank floors, a full-size refrigerator/freezer and a full-size range/oven, not to mention plenty of counter space. The dining area features an oversized table and chairs perfect for playing cards or your favorite board games. The living room area features an airtight woodstove (firewood provided) encased in local river rock, a comfy couch and chairs, a flat screen monitor, and a ductless heat and air conditioning system perfect for staying warm in the winter and cool in the summer. One- bedroom features 1-full sized bed. The second bedroom features 2-twin sized beds. The two bedrooms are flanked by a 3/4-bath. Just outside is a covered front porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages. This pet-friendly, WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Cabin #76: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $125. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $179 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $209 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $259 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $329 per night Weekly range: $1,253 - $2,303 Monthly range: $5,012 - $9,212 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
