The property includes a sunny garden, gravel outdoor space to enjoy, outdoor grill and a prolific Meyers lemon tree. There is a perimeter property fence and mechanized driveway gate which provides security for vehicles parked onsite. The house is completely hidden from street view creating additional privacy and security. There is a townhome complex along the side of the driveway where about 6 townhomes know the house is there but the random passerby does not. The property is within walking distance of grocery and drug stores, restaurants, bus lines, and is only a 3 minute drive or 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, flatscreen TV, clean towels and linens, new pillows, dresser, nightstands, mirrored double closet with storage shelves, and additional blankets. The windows have light weight curtains but black out draperies are available upon request.
