You can enjoy breakfast outside on the patio or in the cozy breakfast nook while watching deer, squirrels, and lizards in their natural habitat. Nature lovers will feel right at home here! The large kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring a giant island perfect for meal prep, with enough room for the whole family to pitch in and help. It comes equipped with all the essentials, including various pot and pan sizes, utensils, baking sheets, and more! Then you can choose your dining spot: in the dining area next to a full wall mural, at the breakfast nook looking out towards the trees, or keeping it casual at the island stools. As advocates for sustainability and healthy living, the kitchen offers a Berkey water purifier, an Almond Cow for making plant-based milks and goodies, and a small indoor composter called Lomi. Each bedroom features a desk area, a movable projector with a screen up to 100", a sound machine, blackout curtains, built-in closets, a handmade vegan mattress free of harmful chemicals, real plants, and a mural painted by a local artist. Real plants throughout the house create a warm presence while also purifying the indoor air! It is also worth noting that the house is powered by solar panels with battery storage, which reduces the likelihood it should ever lose power during a winter storm or Texas heatwave.
