The rental rate is based on $1400 a month for up to 4 adults living on the property 24-7, and for up to one pre-approved K9 that's a loved member of your family and is voice-trained to stay on the guesthouse acre. The rate includes everything! WIFI, DISH 250 channel TV, H/AC, water, electricity, propane heating, parking and garbage disposal.
