Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals an all new ¾-bath, flanked by one bedroom with one queen size bed and one set of standard sized bunk beds plus a nice walk-out balcony, and a second bedroom with two queen size beds. This pet friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $319 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $369 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $399 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $489 per night Weekly range: $2,233 - $3,423 Monthly range: $8,932 - $13,692 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
