I am looking for a military roommate because it has always been a great fit in the past (I had a couple Air Force roommates in my 20's and those guys were awesome). I'm a pretty clean person and work from home around half the time. Travis Air Force base is about 15-25 minutes away from here (depending on what time your leave). My son Zion and I live here, I'm 35. And our little black cat Gigi. She is like a cat-dog; she's very sweet and friendly but won't bother you if you tell her you don't want to pet her. We had an Au Pair (foreign nanny) last year as a room mate but are looking forward to a new experience now that Zion is older. I work for the State of California full-time (often remote) and also run a business on the side. Zion goes to pre-school 3 days a week and to his Dads Wednesday afternoon to Friday. We like to play outside, exercise and are conscious of what we eat. We are hoping to find a friendly roommate that has their own life but doesn't mind small talk. We are looking for someone who also loves to live in a clean tidy environment. I have a cleaner who comes every other Tuesday. The backyard is a very nice place to chill out has a great pool and BBQ. We have a very nice garage gym set up and as long as you respect the equipment you could work out in the garage if I am not working. The bedroom being rented currently has some thing sitting on the bed in the pictures (that would be gone). The bed and mattress and furniture in there is nice but if you prefer your own I can have the room empty as well. This bedroom has a huge closet, about the size of two closets. The living room isn't finished quite yet. I'm waiting to get the couch in and it'll be put together by end of November.
