There are two sets of sliding doors from the house that lock. One set of sliding doors leads to an enclosed porch, the other set leads to the backyard. The backyard has outdoor lighting, a grill, and a gate with access to a public park with playground equipment. AT NO TIME IS ANY CHILD (under 18) OR PET ALLOWED OUTSIDE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. This is including the enclosed porch as outdoor space. This is for the safety of all guests. There are safety signs and safety equipment to assist any distressed swimmer. The safety equipment is affixed to the fences on either side of the pool. Only this safety equipment is to be used for a distressed swimmer, no other play floats or other items should be used for emergent situations. The safety equipment is intended for emergent use only, and is not to be used as pool toys. -- POLICIES: No smoking indoors, outdoor smoking must be disposed of properly
