As you step through the main entrance, you will discover an entryway with ample storage that leads into a spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area complete with a wood burning stove (firewood provided) plus a ductless heat and air conditioning system, a flat screen monitor, a dining table that comfortably seats six, and a beautifully done kitchen with marble countertops, a combination island work station and breakfast bar, all new higher-end Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, and a slider that leads to a full length deck with a covered gas grill all overlooking the lake. The cabin also includes one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-full sized bed, a full bath with double wash basins, a large master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and another full bath ensuite with an oversized bathtub, a separate shower, and double wash basins, plus a dedicated laundry room with a full -size washer and dryer. All this, plus you are just steps away from the lake (which can be accessed by a short trail). WIFI equipped. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $279 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $309 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $339 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $439 per night Weekly range: $1,953 - $3,073 Monthly range: $7,812 - $12,292 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
