This home is a perfect fun get away for families with children. There is room for pets to explore, kids to play and adults to relax. Outside the home: Enjoy the peace of our quarter acre mini farm full of flowers, veggies, fruit trees and a chicken coop. Our coop houses 15 well-loved chickens and a rooster. These friends will be locked up tight but enjoy visitors through the screen. While, beautiful flowers and food grow in a few select locations, most of the property is covered in wood chips or cement. Dogs are welcome to do their business anywhere on the wood chips. Kids can enjoy the swing set, in the pool or play water games on the shaded patio. The pool is about 8 feet square and about 4.5 feet deep. It is perfect for kids to splash around or adults cool off in. The pool is only accessible via a deck and locked gate. Please be sure to close the lid when you are finished. Experience dining outdoors at the palapa where you can make pizza, grill or sit at the bar and watch TV. Enjoy our warm San Diego evenings at the fire pit. Inside: The sun room and living room include kids toys, games, books and coloring. We also have board games and books for older kids or adults. The living room also includes a projector where you can watch shows and movies. In the full bathroom there is a large tub and shower. Everything is clean and ready for your visit! All three bedrooms include a small desk and seat where work can happen outside of the play areas. However, I want to note that there is no room specifically dedicated only to work. Gym: We actually have a home gym called Tonal. Tonal uses adaptive weight resistance to give you a workout custom made to your strength level. You can use tonal by just clicking on the guest icon on the home screen.
