She has been living in the apartment for 5 years and is a good resource for anything that needs attention in the home. The apartment has its own exit and entrance, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc….. She is private, respectful and does not entertain. New tenants will need to be comfortable with this arrangement. I have rented to several people in the past and it has never been an issue.
