The main floor features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with a wraparound breakfast bar plus large dining table, a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a DVD/VHS/Monitor, a card/bumper pool table, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a separate study/quiet room. In addition, the main floor includes the master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plus a full bath en-suite. There is also a separate sauna room, and another 3/4 bath. Stepping down into the first floor you'll discover one bedroom with 2-full size beds, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed plus 1-set of bunk beds with a full-size bottom bunk, a family room with a sitting area plus a DVD/VHS/Monitor, and a shuffleboard table, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and one full bath. Just outside the main floor is a privacy deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. Yes, indeed folks...this one truly has it all! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 11-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Cabin #29: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $275. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $389 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $409 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $539 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $699 per night Weekly range: $2,723 - $4,893 Monthly range: $10,892 - $19,572 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
