Hello! This traditional german house was build in 1940. An Annex was build 1954. In 2012 we bought this house and started renovating this property from the bottom to the top. On the first floor located is the kitchen surrounded by the dining room and the hugh living room with a fireplace installed and followed by two separate rooms. On the second floor there are 3-4 bedrooms and the bathroom. There are 3 balconies. One in the living room. One by the seperate rooms on the first floor. And one in the stairwell between first and second floor. Wooden floor is in all rooms of the house. The attic as well as a room in the basement can be used for storage. You´ll find a neat, medium size yard behind the house with two garages with automated garage door openers. Let me shortly tell you what was renewed i.e. installed: The complete roof on top of the house and all windows and doors. A heating system with gas fired condensing technology. All taps and pipes including the water supply line. The whole wiring in the house including the electrical distribution panel as well as new lights, switches and outlets. All walls and ceilings. Bathroom with floor heating. The kitchen was installed new in 2015 and is waiting for your first cooking sessions. Siegelbach is located just northwest of the city of Kaiserslautern, in the heart of Germany's Rheinland-Pfalz. The village, with its 2,600 inhabitants, is included in the urban district (Stadtkreis) of Kaiserslautern, as incorporated in 1969. There´s the Kaiserslautern zoo located only a few walking minutes away from our house. Also there is a lake not to far away which is good for jogging workout or just a walk around the lake. You can jump on the A6 Autobahn right after leaving siegelbach. Kaiserslautern-downtown can be reached with your car within 5 minutes. Ramstein Airbase East gate is 6 miles away.
