Outside you`ll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a private hot tub. Inside on the 1st floor, you`ll find one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $319 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $359 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $419 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $589 per night Weekly range: $2,233 - $4,123 Monthly range: $8,932 - $16,492 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
