Both of these areas are youthful, vibrant and home to some of the city's best bars and restaurants. Walk out the front door and within 15 minutes you'll arrive at lots of eateries, craft breweries, bars, coffee houses, parks, and even a small independent movie theater. There is a bus stop less than one block away. It is a generally safe area, but like all urban areas, it's "colorful" and you've got to use common safety sense. Beaches are about 15-30 minutes by car and about 1-2 hrs by bus. ABOUT ME: A single professional woman who works at home. Just moved back from living in Panama for 4 years. Young at heart and active. Despite living in San Diego for more than 35 years, I still love getting out and exploring. Love to get out in nature with my dog, Buster. Tenants arrive as strangers & leave as family!
