This rental is the whole upstairs of a Cape Cod home, utilities are included (internet, electric, water, and oil heat) Large suite with private half bath. You can choose to either have a queen bed, or a twin/trundle depending on how much space you want. The suite has a recliner, with room for a small love seat if you choose, microwave, TV, hot plate and small coffee pot if you want a snack without having to use the shared kitchen on the 1st floor. You also have access to a furnished basement den with a large smart TV. This space would only be shared if I have family visiting, which is not often. There are 2 full baths in the home, 1 on the 1st floor and 1 in the basement. Washer and dryer shared.
