Whether you're here for the history, sites, or beach, this home provides the perfect quiet-yet-convenient location. On 2 lane road. It's somewhat busy. There's a large neighborhood across the street. There are no houses behind or to the left of this house. Note- if you want to see the house first, it'll have to be in the evenings after I get home from work or sometime on the weekends. All utilities are included. Fully furnished. Driveway parking. Small pets allowed, no more than 20lbs and no more than 2 animals because I already have 1 dog. No smoking inside. Absolutely no drug use whatsoever on the premises, this includes marijuana in any form. Lease terms & rules: At least 30 days required for the lease- can do month to month. If you are looking to stay longer than a month then let me know. One-time $200 pet deposit (if applicable), $50 application fee. The $200 security deposit is only required if renting for 6+ months when you initially sign. If you are staying for less than that but then decide to stay past 6 months, you will then be required to pay the security deposit. It'll be waived for military. There is no cleaning fee (it's just a room, I can do that myself after you leave- just don't trash it!) I will periodically wipe down the bathrooms every 2-3 weeks (personal preference so they don't get gross) but other than that, please clean up after yourself. Dishes, laundry, etc. Also, I do have cleaning supplies but do expect you to buy your own laundry detergent and toilet paper. If anything breaks in your bathroom or room, you are required to tell me within 3 days (unless it breaks when you are traveling then tell as soon as you get back from your trip). If you break/damage something, you are fully responsible for the cost to replace and/or repair it. You will also be required to get it fixed within a reasonable time frame. For all other maintenance: I'm living there so if you see something please let me know and I'll get it fixed. I keep the house well maintained as it is, inside and outside, but some help can't hurt. It is not required though. I also clean the gutters myself 2-3 times/ year- only I will do this. Housemate details: Female, I'm in the upper 30s, prior military, gov't contractor now. I'm quiet, clean. Loves: beach, metal concerts, travel, my friends, Atlanta (home). My child is with me 50% of the time. She's 5 and goes to school when I'm at work. 1 medium sized dog.
