Bathroom is SHARED amongst 2 roommates. Room is fully furnished. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and large backyard space. Located in a quiet cul de sac close to many amenities, dining, local parks, Base, MiraCosta college, and 15 minutes from the beach. I am a middle aged man with my little dog (Shakira) and a few outdoor turtles. I love church, the outdoors, and my 2 grown daughters. I am friendly and easy going, and travel out of the country often. I have two other male roommates who are also service members. I’m hoping to find a respectful, working professional that is seeking a clean, quiet, and drama-free environment. Additional pets are NOT accepted. 1 person only. $1,200/month PLUS utilities: water, electric, and trash are split amongst all roommates. Deposit of $500. Internet and street parking included (no competition for parking, always available). Room is available Jan 15th.
